Scope
- Wizard flow — multi-step: complete profile, create or join a team, invite members, set preferences.
- Progress indicator — visible step tracker showing current and remaining steps.
- Skippable / dismissable — users can skip individual steps or dismiss the wizard entirely.
- Shown once — only displayed on first sign-in. Track completion per user so it doesn't reappear.
Acceptance criteria
- New users land in the onboarding wizard after their first sign-in
- Each step persists its data and the user can move forward
- Users can skip steps or dismiss the wizard
- Once completed or dismissed, the wizard is not shown again
