Which cable can I use for CAN?

There are two types of CAN cables on Amazon, one with USB and 1 CAN plug and one with USB and 2 CAN plugs (male and female, to put it between display and motor). The 2 cable version has a button on the USB plug and I have read it's to put quick settings (change speed limit only). However I want to change parameters like % of power per level and different speed limits on different levels using OpenBafangTool.
