CharacterFilter.Name can sometimes get set to an empty string and this causes uploads to fail (for good reason). I was able to reproduce it locally and have attached a ZIP with a pcap. aclogview parses the packet fine so I'm guessing there's something in CharacterFilter causing the bug.
