feat: ship brand images with the integration - #8

HA 2026.3+ serves icon/logo from a brand/ folder inside the integration, taking priority over the brands CDN — the brands repo no longer accepts custom-integration PRs. Icon (256/512) rendered from the OS repo's favicon.svg with the plate/tile colors inlined; logo (400x240/800x480) from mark-wide.svg trimmed to the plate. Interlaced, optipng-optimized, transparent.
