🔎 IOC Aggregation & Reputation Engine
A REST API that automates the IOC triage an L1 analyst does by hand — submit an IP, domain, hash, or URL and get a single aggregated reputation verdict. Integrates five threat-intel sources, normalizes conflicting scores, caches with Redis to respect rate limits, and ships on Azure via Docker + GitHub Actions CI/CD.
