Adds a copy-paste CI workflow to
integrations/_template/. Each integration installs the released agentrust-io packages and runs the TRACE conformance suite at the level it claims inintegration.yaml; a clean run is the basis for the Verified tier. Matrix over Python 3.11-3.13 (OS extendable). Weekly schedule catches drift against the latest release (supports the 60-day attic rule). Additive only: does not touch existing template files. Actions use version tags with a note to SHA-pin per repo policy.
