feat: align UI theme projections with Themes 0.10.4

Summary

Align the UI theme adapter with @adea-ai/themes 0.10.4. The source and generated registry copies now use the package-owned shadcn role projection, preserve semantic destructive colors, and add projection/parity coverage. Consumption guidance and dependency manifests are updated together.

This raises the UI workspace dependency to @adea-ai/themes ^0.10.4 and consumes its exported shadcn projection API. The consumer repositories need a compatible published UI release and their own dependency validation; this PR does not modify or publish consumer packages. Rollback is a revert of this UI change.

Review notes

The generated registry.json and public/r/ mirrors are included intentionally. Lazy split-resize work is not included.

No existing UI issue matched searches for shadcnVariables, theme compatibility, or theme parity. This UI compatibility change is related to the separate consumer drafts Adea #1277 and Cortana #2548. Their current heads target Themes 0.10.3, while this patch requires the Themes 0.10.4 API; they will need a compatible dependency update before their final validation.
