The Dependabot lock rewrite dropped the x-release-please-version marker on the cortana-brain entry and wrote revision 3, which fails tests/test_package.py and release-please. Moves the pin, lockfile and published notice to 0.146.0, which ships PixelPane, so the knowledge panes no longer need the local primitive or @corvu/resizable at startup.
