A build comment named the private deployment that consumes this repo. This repo is published on its own terms and should not carry that reference.

The comment's actual point — that this crate keeps its own target cache because it has its own Cargo.lock — stands without it.

Found while auditing the public repos: this was the only such reference across all three, and no credential-shaped strings were found anywhere.

This repo is published on its own terms and should not name the private
deployment that happens to consume it. The comment's actual point -- that
this crate keeps its own target cache because it has its own Cargo.lock --
stands without it.
