Notification emails (e.g. Alerts) do contain the Weblate logo with a size of 7 KB.
Solution brainstorm
With all due respect.
The logo is useless to admins and users. Sideloading it is also not an option.
Describe alternatives you have considered
Just remove it.

079dd5d fixes how the images are embedded, but the proper solution here would be to let users configure preferred format for notification e-mails.
