Codex AGENTS.md is now mounted read-only at ~/.codex/AGENTS.md; the writable copy existed only so rtk could patch it.

Removes the rtk integration from the CLI and docs.
rtk init.no-rtkfeature andSANDCAT_RTKare removed.--features no-rtknow fails as an unknown feature.~/.codex/AGENTS.mdis now mounted read-only at~/.codex/AGENTS.md, like Claude'sCLAUDE.md. Before, it was copied into a writable file only so rtk could edit it. Host edits now show up without recreating the volume. Existing projects need to re-runsandcat initto get the new mount.
