  • Removes the Go Report Card badge from the pubsub README template (the service is retired).
  • Moves the hand-written intro from the watermill-sqlite README (driver variants, beta warning, driver links) into the module's details, so its README is generated from the same template as the other pubsubs. The rendered output matches the current README apart from one line break inside the intro paragraph, which renders the same.

Go Report Card is retired. watermill-sqlite has a hand-written README,
so Terraform no longer overwrites it.

Watermill is a Go library for working efficiently with message streams. It is intended
for building event driven applications, enabling event sourcing, RPC over messages,
sagas and basically whatever else comes to your mind. You can use conventional pub/sub
implementations like Kafka or RabbitMQ, but also HTTP or MySQL binlog if that fits your use case.

All Pub/Sub implementations can be found at [https://watermill.io/pubsubs/](https://watermill.io/pubsubs/).
