Hi there 👋, my name is ..

Developer -Cookie - 2

About Me

I work in Second-Level Broadband, Cable, Fibre & Mobile Support, helping customers understand and solve connection, router, bandwidth, availability, and contract-related technical issues.

My background combines customer-facing technical support, software troubleshooting, web development, automation, Ubuntu/Linux enthusiasm, and practical AI system building.

Over the years, I’ve supported users across Germany, Scotland, and England in environments ranging from broadband and mobile services to medical technology, speech recognition software, document/PDF software, and internal support teams.

That experience taught me one important thing:

Technology is only useful when people can actually understand and trust it.

I like building systems that make life easier, not more complicated. Whether it is explaining why a connection cannot deliver the expected bandwidth, helping users troubleshoot software, or building AI workflows that retrieve the right information instead of hallucinating creatively into the void — I enjoy turning confusion into something usable.

What I’m doing now

Alongside my current support role, I’m building practical AI and automation systems with tools like OpenAI, Firebase, Pinecone, n8n, Telegram bots, and OpenClaw.

I’m especially interested in AI assistants that can interact with real tools, remember useful context, retrieve reliable information, and automate everyday workflows safely.

Recent Projects

What I care about

I like technology that is clear, reliable, and useful.

I care about calm troubleshooting, understandable explanations, clean systems, and AI tools that help people instead of burying them under more complexity.

My current focus is not just “using AI,” but building practical assistants that can connect to real workflows, handle context carefully, and act with the right amount of autonomy.

I speak both “user” and “developer” — and I enjoy translating frustration into function.
