…ast pre-rewrite pin (#2593) The voice-model-swiss-german release on THIS repo was the one remaining tag pinning the full pre-rewrite history (10,036 commits, src/MeshWeaver.AI included) after the 2026-08-28 prune: its 574MB asset URL was load-bearing for the voice gateway, and the release is immutable, so the tag could not move. The asset now lives on the voice package's own repo — a PRIVATE one, which is a feature, not a cost: this is a Systemorph-tuned model, and anonymous world-download was an accident of hosting. All four consumers switch from anonymous curl to `gh release download` (verified working — the authenticated fetch streams; every consumer is a developer or deploy doc whose audience has gh auth by necessity, this being a private-repo fleet): clients/voice-gateway/README.md curl -> gh release download, with the why deploy/whisper/README.md curl -> gh release download .gitignore provenance comments repointed clients/voice-gateway/run-local.sh comment repointed (it reads $WHISPER_MODEL from disk) After this merges, the core release + tag are deleted (maintainer-ordered), the last pin drops, fresh clones shed ~10k pre-rewrite commits (~118MB -> ~85MB), and src/MeshWeaver.AI becomes unreachable from every ref — completing #2593.
