Adds an optional video pipeline for HumanMotionV1 extraction, MicroDuck retargeting, and inspection reports.\n\nScope:\n- keyframe-video extract/retarget/inspect CLI\n- GVHMR backend adapter shell with validation gates\n- MicroDuck task-space retargeting and lz4/joblib metadata\n- deterministic tests for schema, processing, CLI and retargeting\n\nVerification on duale5:\n- uv run --with pytest pytest -q: 17 passed\n- git diff --check clean\n\nNote: GVHMR/SMPL assets are not vendored and remain external licensed research dependencies.
