We noted in the SIG Std/Cert on 2026-05-07 to have scs-0117-v2 included in this version. #973 is still open. What currently prevents an implementation and thus the integration into this scope version?

It's listed there under 'desireable', so it's not urgent, and we have some time pressure now. But more importantly, the discussion has evolved a bit (unfortunately, without any trace in the minutes?), and I'm no longer so sure we should demote the backup. Since it's not urgent, I would postpone it.
