[🐛 Bug]: Chart values.yaml image tags stuck at 4.48.0-20260905 since 0.60.0 - chart upgrades no longer bring new images #3274
Since chart 0.60.0, upgrading the selenium-grid chart no longer upgrades the Grid/browser images. Chart.yaml is bumped on each release, but the default image tags in charts/selenium-grid/values.yaml are still the ones from 0.59.1:
chart
appVersion
global.seleniumGrid.imageTag / nodesImageTag
0.59.1
4.48.0-20260905
4.48.0-20260905
0.60.0
4.49.0-20260909
4.48.0-20260905
0.61.0
4.50.0-20261010
4.48.0-20260905
0.62.0
4.51.0-20261010
4.48.0-20260905
So a default install of 0.62.0 runs hub/nodes 4.48.0-20260905 (Grid 4.48 with the browsers of that build). videoImageTag (ffmpeg-8.1-20260905) is stuck the same way.
As far as I can tell, this is a leftover of the stale LATEST_TAG issue fixed in #3254:
update_tag_in_docs_and_files.sh updates the files with sed "s/${LATEST_TAG}/${NEXT_TAG}/g" (and the same for the date).
For the 4.49.0-20260909 release, LATEST_TAG resolved to 4.48.0-20260909, while the files contained 4.48.0-20260905, so the sed matched nothing and values.yaml (and the other files) kept 4.48.0-20260905.
Every later release (4.50.0-20261010, 4.51.0-20261010) searches for the previous release tag, which is not in these files either, so they stay at 4.48.0-20260905 and this won't self-heal.
The release commits show it: 25c7c8c (4.48.0-20260905) still updated charts/selenium-grid/values.yaml, while 570c13d (4.50.0) and 99f0fdf (4.51.0) only touched Chart.yaml. On current trunk, 4.48.0-20260905 is still present in 52 files outside CHANGELOG (values.yaml, README.md, the docker-compose-*.yml files, docs/docker-hub/*, ...).
Could you please do a one-time catch-up of these files to the current release tag (4.51.0-20261010 and the matching ffmpeg/date tags), so the release script can track them again? Until then, every new chart release keeps deploying 4.48.0 images by default.

@VietND96 Thanks for the quick fix! Upgraded to chart 0.62.1 - hub and nodes now run 4.51.0-20261010 by default (Chrome 155), everything works as expected.
