Add a way to possibly retrieve the actual true positive/tn/fp/fn rate off of the neural network/confusion matrix

Currently, only the plot is being stored for the confusion matrix. Hence, need something more along the lines of storing the actual confusion matrix or something that analyzes it and gives the true positive/tn/fp/fn rate.
