Complete unfinished/non-functional parts of the UI

[p1-mmr]

• Implement handling interruption of a Wireshark capture (either through the DiagNG UI or Wireshark closing the pipe)
• Implement the "Dump to PCAP" button
• Auto-install the GSMTAP v3 decoder to Wireshark when required
• Support the raw QC logs to GSMTAP option
• Add action buttons (at least Open) for the Wireshark plug-in manager (5G support: Implement a Wireshark plug-in manager (incl. UI interfacing) #31)
• Test the DLF open feature (and add a progress bar, etc.?)
• Implement the DLF capture button
• Eventually, other things such as the EFS tab, a log selection matrix, etc.
