New --csv-linestring (-cLS) flag on all CSV-reading commands (dump, info, query, rezoom, merge, import): concatenates the coordinates of all CSV rows into a single LineString feature, e.g. for GPS tracks. Also bumps the gis-tools-csv dependency from 1.1.0 to 1.2.0, which provides the underlying CSVReadOptions.treatAsLineString option.
