The output mesh for the conformal mesher should:

• Lines or vertices which are overlapping a side of a quad should be removed.
• When two triangles are coplanar, parallel to a grid plane and covering the equivalent area of a cell Face, they are returned as quads.
• Lines and points in a conformal mesh must be staircased.
