Proton's e-Racer gamma fix only runs with Steam AppID 3600700, and ZOOM installs don't get that ID without this row.

The game e-Racer is on the ZOOM Platform (GUID
94c96dc7-8c5a-4c5f-ab44-a5dcf879d539, the same for the Track Pack DLC) and on Steam as AppID 3600700. It has nozoomplatformrow yet.Proton 10.0-2 fixed e-Racer's too-dark 3D scene (ValveSoftware/Proton#8830). The fix is the wine commit
19c6f062639a, which only runs whenSteamGameIdis3600700.
