Run ng update migrations: tsconfigs (spec tsconfig vitest/globals types), main.ts bootstrap, signal-forms test adaptations across forms.spec, tri-mode-harness and test components, options.component.html. Pin all root dependencies to exact latest versions (no carets; only engines.node keeps a range). Bump both package.json to 22.0.0 and lib peerDependencies to ^22.0.0. Add overrides pinning browserslist and caniuse-lite: a duplicate caniuse-lite caused a swallowed babel BrowserslistError that made Cypress hang. Closes #1617

The banking typing mode can now be enabled per input via [typeFromDecimals] in addition to the provideNgxMask config; the directive input wins over the config value when both are set.
Add a Separators tab card demonstrating typeFromDecimals (ATM-style separator.2 typing) and an Options tab card for defaultValueOnBlur, with matching nav entries, ×3 form-mode spec coverage, and updated USAGE.md wording for the now-input-driven typeFromDecimals option.
