I'm Monica Hillman, a Community Marketing Coordinator at HostGator, where I build and scale developer and customer communities through community strategy, events, ambassador programs, content, and open source initiatives.
My work sits at the intersection of community building, AI, content engineering, and developer relations. I'm particularly interested in using AI to transform a single source of knowledge into multiple content formats, improve developer experience, and help technical communities grow sustainably.
Previously, I worked as a Tech Community Manager at Magalu Cloud and as a front-end instructor at Alura, where my courses on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Git reached more than 800,000 enrollments.
I'm graduated in Digital Technologies from the University of Caxias do Sul, with postgraduate degrees in User Experience and Distance Education.
