This pull request updates the instructions for creating an Azure virtual machine (VM) to clarify the steps and update the corresponding screenshot.

This pull request fixes the issue #39

The most important changes are listed below:

Instruction clarifications and updates:

• Changed the selection step from Presets to Virtual machine to better reflect the current Azure portal UI.
• Updated the screenshot and its reference to match the new selection step.
• Removed the steps for selecting Dev/Test as the workload environment and General purpose as the workload type, simplifying the process.
• Updated the instructions to go directly to the Basics tab and proceed to Management after completing the required actions.
