Use explicit default YouTube player clients

Summary

• Set yt-dlp's YouTube player-client selector to default,-web instead of only -web.
• Keep the default client rotation while explicitly excluding web, whose SABR-only formats can fail extraction in affected yt-dlp versions.
• Update the argv expectations in src/video_tests.rs to match the explicit selector.

Validation

• Verified the branch is one commit ahead of the current main, touching only src/video_tools.rs and src/video_tests.rs.
• Updated the four stale test expectations responsible for the three reported failures.
• The test suite has not been run locally here; check the CI result before merging.
