Summary

Show every distinct user-started video that is actively playing, instead of silently truncating the context menu at eight URLs.

• Remove the eight-item cap from the merged video list.
• Persist all active DOM-video reports across worker restarts, including reports from different frames.
• Keep the existing stream-level deduplication, so HLS/DASH manifests and sibling renditions for the same stream still produce one entry.
• Keep paused/ended videos excluded and retain the existing bound on sniffed network requests for long-lived tabs.

Regression coverage

• Add a context-menu test with ten distinct active videos and verify that all ten entries are created.
• Verify all ten remain in the saved session snapshot.

Release

The v1.5.5 manifest bump is already merged, but its GitHub release has not been published. After this PR is merged and CI passes, publish v1.5.5 to include the cookie-handoff and multi-video menu fixes together.
