Why has CSLOLManager suddenly changed their program to prohibit skinchangers?

the title speaks for itself, this is a discussion ticket since no one uses the discussion tab.

The name speaks for itself: cslol-manager - Custom Skin LoL Manager. The software was never meant to be abused for skinhacking and so now we are taking active measures against abuse of our code. The primary use case for cslol has always been modding/custom skins, as has been the norm for 10 years now with mod tooling.

Hi Crauzer, I am not english fluent so I am not really underestanding the issue guys are having. Is people that used this tool to get "free" riot made skins instead of customs ones? I only use custom made so I guess I should have a problem. Thanks :)

If you or anyone does not like this decision, i have archived old patcher (before these changes) here: https://github.com/LeagueToolkit/cslol-patcher-legacy

There are no binaries provided so you will need to build it yourself. For that you can fork the repo and build it using github actions see https://github.com/LeagueToolkit/cslol-patcher-legacy/blob/master/.github/workflows/buildit.yaml
