Pages preview 已在 exact PR head 自行构建成功；canary 暴露 Cloudflare action 在候选 pnpm package 目录内用 npm 安装 Wrangler 会失败。
本修正将已构建 dist 复制到独立、package-neutral 的
.pages-preview交付目录，再由固定版本 Wrangler 部署。PR 不再包含临时 canary task 文件。验证
pnpm --dir website checkgit diff --check33465947295合并后将另开临时 PR 重新验证 exact-head build、deploy 和 smoke。
