Replaces the white badge logos with the brands' own colours on the GitHub and PyPI READMEs.

• Hugging Face, PyPI and Python: their multi-colour logos, embedded as 28 px palette PNGs (under 600 bytes each). Larger embeds broke on GitHub's image proxy because the badge URL got too long; these keep every badge URL under 1,000 characters.
• Docker and Material for MkDocs: single-colour brand logos, now in Docker blue (#2496ED) and Material indigo (#526CFE).
• GitHub (tests badge) keeps its own white mark.

Checked on the rendered GitHub page: all six badges load with coloured logos.
