The scheduled tests were failing due to a browser installation issue.

Also the schedule was in UTC, so 0200 was 10 am local. Shifted it to 1800, which should be 2 am local.

Summary by Sourcery

Stabilize scheduled Playwright CI runs and align their nightly execution with the intended local time.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fix Playwright CI browser installation so scheduled cross-browser tests can start reliably.
  • Run nightly Playwright tests at 02:00 AWST by correcting the GitHub Actions UTC schedule.

CI:

  • Update Playwright browser caching and installation to include Chromium across browser test jobs.
