This upgrade removes 98 packages from workbox-build's dependency tree (381 → 283). The new plugin version drops the string.prototype.matchall polyfill and its ~85 small dependencies, and moves to ejs@7, which has no dependencies of its own (ejs@3 pulled in jake, filelist and async). The plugin's API is unchanged, so no code changes are needed.
