Graphiti was offered 120 to 143 sessions per condition, without the ~4,900 document haystack that mempalace, cognee and recall searched (ingest[*].sessions_offered in each environment.json). Its leaderboard row compared it with arms facing a much harder retrieval problem, and the provenance note I wrote this morning did not say so.

This adds the disclosure to results/official-007-graphiti/provenance/README.md, docs/STATUS.md, the leaderboard row label and the site copy, and marks the row as not comparable. No number changes.

  • python scripts/build_leaderboard.py --check
  • leaderboard and disclosure tests
  • uvx ruff@0.16.2 check .

Graphiti was offered 120 to 143 sessions per condition, the condition's own
sessions without the ~4,900 document haystack every other arm searched
(ingest[*].sessions_offered in each environment.json). Preregistration 084
states no corpus size, so this is not a deviation from its text, but it is
an easier retrieval problem, and the published row compared Graphiti with
arms that searched the full haystack without saying so.

The provenance README, docs/STATUS.md, the leaderboard row label and the
site copy now say it, and that the row is not comparable. No number changes.

Superseded by #115 (848a9b4), which records the same Graphiti corpus difference with the re-measure command and the explanation that it was the feed without the AMB_HAYSTACK distractors, not a partial ingest. Nothing here adds to it.
