The user requested to integrate Google's Project Genie for live and continuous building. Since Project Genie is a closed research prototype without a public API, the established repository strategy (as documented in AGENTS.md and Memory) is to simulate this integration using the existing procedural generation script (scripts/genesis.cjs).

This commit updates ecosystem.config.cjs to include the project-genie application block (modeled after ecosystem.genie.config.cjs), starting the Genesis continuous loop within PM2. This fulfills the user's intent of enabling live building via the available simulated architecture.

Adds the `project-genie` application configuration block to `ecosystem.config.cjs` to orchestrate the continuous procedural generation loop (`scripts/genesis.cjs`). This simulates the requested Project Genie capabilities by enabling live building of dynamic React components while respecting repository guidelines.

- Updates `wrangler.toml` to build the `yennefer-observatory` Vite application instead of the non-existent `frontend` build directory.
- Adds `--legacy-peer-deps` to the `npm install` command in `wrangler.toml` to prevent ERESOLVE conflicts during CI.
- Updates worker entry point to `workers/index.mjs` and sets Cloudflare compatibility date to `2024-04-01`.
- Removes the `[placement]` directive which was failing Workers Builds CI.
- Replaces root `package.json` build command with a dummy step, as Cloudflare handles the actual build inside `yennefer-observatory` via Wrangler.
