Why
When the Expert asks before running a destructive tool, the approval card tags it "Delete", even for a deploy or a restart, and doesn't say that the change takes effect straight away.
How
ToolApprovalCard.vue: tag the class "Destructive".- For destructive tools, add one line under the tool name: "Deletes or overwrites data, or changes what's running, as soon as it runs."
Done when
A destructive tool's approval card shows the Destructive tag and the explanation, and read and write cards are unchanged.
