Digest-only bump of FerrLabs/.github (15286b3 → fba6f4b), affecting four workflow calls here: reusable-pr-title.yml, reusable-ferrflow-release.yml, reusable-renovate-dispatch.yml, reusable-security-scan.yml.

Two commits sit between the old and new digest:

• #330 (chore(deps): update github actions) touches reusable-ferrflow-release.yml, but only bumps the pinned digest of dtolnay/rust-toolchain used in a hashFiles('**/Cargo.toml') != '' guarded step. This repo has no Cargo.toml, so that step never runs — no effect here.
• #334 (fix(ci): let a caller disambiguate the concurrency group per call) touches reusable-ci-node.yml and reusable-sonarqube-scan.yml, neither of which this repo calls.
