Digest bump only: three reusable workflow refs (reusable-pr-title.yml, reusable-renovate-dispatch.yml, reusable-security-scan.yml) moved from 2ea7662 to 15286b3 on FerrLabs/.github main, still pinned by SHA. No local code touched, no API surface in this repo affected by a workflow-repo digest change. All 16 checks green, including the affected PR-title, security-scan, and rebase-dispatch jobs themselves. Nothing blocking.
