feat: merge live Remote Control task events into the agent tree - #388

The tracker folds `task_started`, `task_progress`, `task_updated`, `task_notification` and `background_tasks_changed` events from the worker's batches and the client read stream into a per-session book, bounded and kept in memory only. `agentTrees.show` merges that book into the tree read from disk by `task_id` or `tool_use_id`: disk fields are kept, a matched node gains its provenance and the stream's state with its observation time, and tasks that belong to the session but name no disk agent are listed separately. The disk tree stays the authoritative source for every session.

The door's Remote Control tracker now keeps the background tasks and subagents its sessions report, and
agentTrees.showmerges them into the tree read from disk.A live task joins a disk agent by
task_idortool_use_id. The merged node keeps every disk field and gains its provenance and the stream's state with when the door observed it; tasks that belong to the session (byoutput_file) but name no disk agent are listed asliveOnly. The stream is never the only source, so a session the door has not observed returns the disk tree with every node markeddisk.The event shapes and the merge rules are in docs/rc-agent-events.md.
