About The Pull Request

Adds a new bitrunning domain, "Rohe Rewird", in the same vain as the old skyrat milsim domain where a few ghosts would face off against bitrunners to defend the cache at the end.
Restructures our bitrunning changes under a single folder, because it didn't need to be two, and removes some kinda crass jokes from early on in doppler.

Why It's Good For The Game

Bitrunning has potential for showcasing a lot of lore stuff, and a lot of the existing tg domains are kinda memey or they don't work entirely correctly with our code (I see you bitrunners that use the prefs disk on any of the psyker ones)
This provides a little opportunity for players to both interact a little with other lore things as well as our small population of terminal observers who love to shoot people.

add: adds new clothes and weaponry that are found only within the domain (except a hat which can be earned as a reward)
add: adds a bunch of generally crag-themed turfs that are good for mappers, and used extensively in the domain
