tedix-hq/tedix@1b7512c, path plugins/tedix.

tedixCLI and exit quietly when it isnot installed (cloud sessions are unaffected).
Tested: installed from the repository with
devin plugins install, signed invia
devin mcp login tedix, and listed the server's tools from a Devin session.python3 scripts/validate.py --fixand--fetchpass.License: AGPL-3.0-only (plugin source); the marketplace entry itself adds no files.
