`encryption=true` flag for clickhouse_connect

Use case

Would there be a use-case for a flag that handles automatic encryption/decryption for clickhouse_connect? I notice that these docs mostly focus on the table functions from the perspective of running a query directly, but I was thinking it would be neat if you could say just add an encryption=true flag with clickhouse_connect to have the same functionality

I'm envisioning essentially just copying the functionality of the encryption and decryption table functions for clickhouse_connect into a flag

Hi @comradelemoncake if you're still interested in this, could you share a small insert/query example showing what you want stored in ClickHouse and returned to Python? Do you expect encryption and decryption to run inside Python? Or should the driver automatically call server's SQL functions? Which columns would this apply to? How would you supply the encryption key? Any other details here would be helpful.
