[codex] Surface Step 5 deep interaction

Summary

• add a completed-state Step 5 handoff card to the report workflow panel
• make Deep Interaction explicit after report generation
• add English and Chinese copy for the new call-to-action

Closing this to reduce my stale contributor backlog. This submission has not developed a viable maintainer review path, so I’m retiring it instead of leaving a dormant change open. If a maintainer wants it continued, I’m happy for the PR to be reopened.
