A small plugin that makes HindSight switchable per workspace — off in one, still fully on in the next. It takes over the right to mount HindSight and mounts it per-agent only where the switch is off. Flipping it works in sessions already running.
⚠️Two things that trip people up — please read the README before installing:
The install is two steps, not one. After dsh plugin add, you must run the setup script once per profile. Without it the switch never appears:
sh
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-hindsight-workspace-switch
node node_modules/dsh-hindsight-workspace-switch/scripts/setup.mjs --profile web
(The script moves HindSight's row out of the shared home layer into the profile layer. It backs up first, and teardown.mjs undoes it.)
Open dsh with the full tokenized URL that dsh web prints in the terminal. Copy-pasting a bare http://127.0.0.1:3080/ into the browser loads the page but no plugins — the client side never gets a session credential.
Also worth knowing: disabling stops new recall, but a block injected in an earlier turn stays in context. The plugin retires those via SurfaceOp.replace (start === end, one node, no LLM summary). Details in the README — feedback welcome if there's a cleaner seam.
