still show video but put a border over it saying it contained filter x

Basically so that when a video is filtred it still shows it but you cant see the thumbnail and you have the option to see it or unsee it.

Maybe I can think of adding this feature in near future.
As this likes to change the original intent behavior of
FilterTube which is to never show filterted content.

Once the codebase gets stablise and every behavior is
well tested and documented. Currently I am testing the
codebase and also Experimental Mobile apps are done.

I am now in phase 2 of Mobile app development with
complete natvie custom frontend to serve YouTube.
