Listing ALL debs in "Managed"

[scottonanski]

There's no point in claiming that the App Store lists installed *.debs when, in fact, it doesn't.

Ubuntu: “App Center manages DEBs!”

You: “Cool. Show me my installed DEBs.”

Ubuntu: “Well... not those DEBs.”

That distinction is insane for a desktop-facing UI because dpkg already knows exactly what packages are installed. App Center doesn’t need mystical provenance to answer: dpkg-query -W

Thanks for the feedback @scottonanski
Currently, App Center is focusing more on the Apps itself, however - we are exploring possibilities what would be the best user experience when exposing non-app packages.
