feat: document WalletTg, update most wallet and TON Connect guides - #2339

Regarding `WalletTg`: - Added integration guides, contract and message references, architecture diagrams, and key-management documentation. - Added Telegram Money onboarding with testnet and local development alternatives. - Updated TON Connect signData and ton_proof verification to handle `WalletTg`'s current signing key after rotation. Third-order changes and fixes: - Clarified TON, multichain, and rotation mnemonic derivation, validation, and import rules. - Corrected wallet comparisons, gasless behavior, and V4/V5 references. - Fixed highload wallet setup, transfer examples, replay-protection guidance, and transaction lookups. - ...Some other things I forgot to mention but were beneficial to the docs
