Looking for guidance setting Neptune VS pump with Nixie

I just setup a Ras-Pi per the wiki and I'm not exactly sure how to configure the settings to control the pump. I have a nidec neptune VS pump. I'm using the industrial RS485 usb adapter suggesting from the wiki. I connected Gnd to Gnd, A to A, and B to B. I enable remote on the pump. The node id defaulted to 240. Below is a screenshot how I setup the pump in Nixie but not sure if I did this correctly as it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

You can use messageManager to see if any packets are being sent back and forth to the pump. If you see outbound messages, but no responses then connect a->b and b->a.

Don't use the Pump Speed +/-. Those are for the remotes. If you pull the latest code the ability to select those has been removed. You can add new features (under the Circuits tab) and then assign those to the pump circuits.

Turning on/off the pool will tell the pump to run at 2100rpm. If you add other feature circuits and assign those to different speeds the pump will run at the highest speed of all circuits that are on.

Thank you for your suggestions! I gave it a go and this is what I got.

I did try flipping the A/B connections but no change. I notice the power LED on the pump is just flashing. I believe that mean it hasn't made a connection and should be solid when it does.

And here is the pump settings. I still assume address should be 240 which matched to node id of the pump. I dont see any other circuit options so I just added the one shown there.

I assume the RS485 adapter is working as I just bought it over the weekend. Not sure if there is a way to test it

Any other suggestions? Do you know if anyone has confirmed nodejsPC working with the Nidec Neptune?

No one so far has confirmed that it works, so hard to tell if it's a problem local to your system or something is just wrong with the implementation. I only added support for this last month. You can keep tinkering with direct support, or try to enable the Pentair compatibility mode. This is the issue where I added the direct rs485 support.

I did read that prior to starting this a got me curious to try it out. By default the dip switched are set to off. I did try flipping them while everything was connected and power on. Not sure if it requires power cycling the pump when making the changes. I will put in Pentair mode and try again.

And you'll need to set the pump to be a regular Pentair pump, if that wasn't obvious.

It works!!! I flipped switch 2 and 3 to on. I set the pump as seen below

Now i just need to spend some time understanding circuits. I was only able to add the one as of right now.
