Fresh install tsc error

Hello,
I'm doing a fresh Nixie build with a rpi 5 and seem to have hit a snag. I can't get the nodejs-poolController to start. AFAIK, I have the latest updates for everything. Any help is appreciated.

npm start

Pull again. Socket.io had some changes. This should work with node v24 but has only been tested up to v20.
