Document auth.cookie.name option in admin panel configuration

Adds auth.cookie.name to the Cookie configuration parameter table in the admin panel configuration reference. This new option, introduced in strapi/strapi#26931, lets users override the name of the admin access-token cookie (default: jwtToken) to prevent collisions when another application on a shared parent domain uses the same cookie name.
