The entire technical implementation is based on Unity and SOFA:

1. Organs implemented using FEM.
2. Fluids implemented using PBD.
3. Cutting based on tetrahedral splitting.
4. Electrocautery based on tetrahedral deletion.

Based on an older version: v23.12.01, the main plugins used include OpenHaptics (an internal plugin) and 3d-cutter (https://github.com/loopstring/3d-cutter).

The development timeline is quite long, with many modifications made along the way, and it still has a large number of bugs.
The introduction of AI has accelerated iterations, but it has also lowered the quality.
I plan to update to v25 and then release it to Git once it is stable.

The effect is excellent! May I ask how the gallbladder and adhesions are tightly connected in your scenario? The model looks like a single unit.
